WHAT WE DO
We include over 40 members and provide specialist care in the following areas:
Anaesthesia for a range of surgical procedures which include general surgery, urology, ENT (ear, nose and throat) both minor and major, maxillo facial, dental procedures, plastic and reconstructive surgery, orthopaedics and trauma, neurosurgery, vascular, interventional radiology, obstetrics and gynaecology, ophthalmology, breast surgery.
Airway support and anaesthesia for emergency care, including out of hours/ on call services.
Preoperative care and clinics.
Critical care services.
Chronic pain – this includes outpatient clinics and procedural intervention
All our members undergo yearly appraisal and revalidation to ensure that the highest standards of safety and quality are being delivered. We all have working experience within the NHS and many members also undergo regular work at various private healthcare institutions.
We have a governance system to ensure that risks and incidents are dealt with promptly, within a fair and transparent manner.
